chapter 01

we had made some money me, Oussama, and Imad, and we had a weekend off, we wanted to travel, to go somewhere together, as 3 young friends, living their youth.
although we are Algerians, so morocco was only one hour flight away, and required no visa approving,  we was not so into it, for us, Morocco was that poor country on the east, they had nothing, but poverty, weed, and Tajine ( traditional meal ) . but , and fortunately but, Imad was Moroccan, and he has been there, and he loved it, he suggested for us to go there, and with the factors of money, time, and visa, morocco had one the bet.
we went to the traveling agency not even know the city we want to see, we managed to get 5 days off of the jobs and the other commitments, so we went looking for plane tickets.
we had finally decided for Marrakesh, by the advice of the owner of that agency, he said : you are young, you want to party, Marrakesh.
having no better idea we accepted,
three days to go.
after looking of change of currency, and gathered some clothes, we went for it.
for us having fun was always the easiest part, and sometimes even on the wrong moments, nothing but on the airport was fun,
we landed on the Mohamed the fifth airport by 5 pm, and only that was enough , to questions the former ideas about this country.
we rented a car, and in the plane, Oussama was sitting next to a Morocco we was married and lived in Algeria, so he got to know him, he smoked weed, we took him with us in the car, we went to a dangerous neighborhood near by, Imad was afraid to death, and i got off the car with the man, we went and brought some, the man stopped there by a coffeehouse, and we took the 268 km road from Casablanca to Marrakesh,
the road was amazing, the sunset, and a lot of new things to see, we took a national freeway, because we didn't find the payment highway after one hour of turning around.
we saw how their trucks had like fifty different lights on the front and the back, on all of them, i remember that was the first thing that got us into the spirit.

after three hours of playing road-trip playlist, and discovering the country, the mountains and the atmosphere.
we  saw Marrakesh for the first time by night from a top of a mountain, the glow of the thousands light columns was pleasing to see.
we headed to the hotel we booked in, it was the red hotel, a 4 star inn, the entrance of the city was a long street , wide enough for three positions, with red and green stars of led-light on the lighting poles, lights all over, and whats the best i think, is that every single building and house in Marrakesh is panted in red and brown kind-of colors.

we checked in the hotel, and we went to a super market we bought some coke and stuff, went back had something to eat and went to the 555 night club.... unforgettable !

it was a very fancy night club, with nicely dressed cars valleys, they had gigantic screens, lots of colors, and lucky we was, was arrived on the promotion of their newest chicha bar everything was free, the night club was  the kind that take your breath, dance floor with led lights that followed the music beats in its glowing and changes of colors, the security guys wore white suits with the symbol of 555 graved in with gold numbers, the waiters wore a nice white  marine customs with grades that depended on the position each one occupied in the club, the walls was made of screens, and the DJ had a podium in front of him for whom ever want to dance and look at the crowed in the same time, ( make you feel like a star for a while) , that podium served also for that Brazilian drummer that came almost every night, to add a natural tropical rhythm to the whole thing.
